Policy

Restrictions: Please confirm your rate, as rates and Policy are subject to change without notice.  Some events and weekends are higher.  Two nights minimum stay for summer weekends,special events, July through Labor Day or holidays.We may at our Discretion allowed Well behaved pets permitted by prior aproval at extra charge & deposit.pet must not be left unattended.pets are not allowed on beds and no pet hairs and smell occured because of negligance of owner will be charged as damaged.
Full deposit required For some weekends and special events including induction event within 48 hours of reservation through credit cards,cash,cashier check,M.Order. Check-in time is at 2.30pm. Check-out time is at 11am. during summer/special events Refunds are made only if notice of cancellation is received 5-to-30 days prior to arrival date,in no event cancellation will be allowed within 5 days of checking date and there will be full charge apply to all nights,including NOSHOW.No refund for early departure for ANY REASON/S. At our discretion we may impose 25 to 50% [minimum$35/night] service fee will be deducted on all refunds.
All reservation made for Hall of Fame induction events(July25th to Aug/3rd) are Final no refund (full or inpart) or cancellation allowed once reservation and confirmation number is issued
  Customer must obtain cancellation number to validate cancellation.
